In view of the substantial changes made to this website and the entry system for our Annual Exhibition we would appreciate you completing this short survey. Filling out the form should take less than two minutes and the information that you provide is completely anonymous and will help us to improve our service to you.

You can return here and complete the survey as many times as you wish as you experience different visits to this site. Entrants to our Annual Exhibition can additionally give us valuable feedback as they progress through the system from Online Entry information through to final results.

When the survey is closed we will collate all replies to determine whether there are any issues that have been reported, by a majority or substantial number of respondents, and deal with them accordingly.
